In another project, we have developed a management and administration infrastructure for a book of tenant default bonds designed to provide mom and pop landlords with the same sophisticated risk management tools used by large property managers. The program was designed from scratch for a Nevada association which utilizes an insurance product designed to minimize financial loss and compliance issues often faced with enforcing rental contracts and managing the default and eviction process and cost.
Using unique underwriting and risk management protocols our specialist who have years of construction experience have been able too find quality risk amongst small to mid sized subcontractor and specialty trade accounts for a growing insurance company. We developed a project oversight system which used funds control and monitoring to reduce losses and drive profits for the insurance company.
